I can’t tell you how responsive and professional Jori Stern was. She was knowledgeable and well-informed on all aspects of my refinance, and was always available to answer any questions that I had concerning the process. The refinance process went smooth from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again for any home financial needs I may have.

Max is so easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure everything goes smoothly. He once orchestrated a closing on a property the day after I had been out of the country and unavailable to contact for an entire week! I will not work with anyone except Max Leaman!

Jori Stern, Jenny Herrera and the Leaman Team at Loan People are fantastic. As a small business owner I had a difficult time working with other mortgage lenders for often extremely opaque reasons. Where every other mortgage lender did not want to work with someone who had their own small business, Jori and team were very helpful when working with us. They were also very patient at explaining the details of the process.
I highly recommend working with Jori and the Leaman Team at LoanPeople. They are also extremely fast and efficient and keeping the loan process moving forward.

Like so many others, we were looking to purchase a home in the ever growing popular town of Round Rock TX, and had been prequalified several times, only to have them drag their feet when we bid on a home and the actual preapproval time came. In desperation, I searched and found The Leaman Team, where went right to work and ROCKED our socks off lol! They got the job done so efficiently, that other companies need to take lessons from them :) Now we are in the house of our dreams and very happy :) HIGH FIVE to the whole Leaman Team – keep up the great work and God bless!!!

Max was super helpful when I was trying to understand the ‘preferred lender’ offer from a new home builder that wasn’t going to be in my long term best interests. He was also super helpful when I ran into delays with the builder that pushed close back. I had zero problems with Max and team, they were fantastic and I’ll use them again next time.
After finding them recommended, I started working with the Max Leaman team on a single home refinance in late December 2012

My loan “funded” the first week of February 2013. They were actually ready to sign and fund the last week of January, but I was traveling that week. The entire process was handled professionaly and promptly via phone and secure emails. A notary was sent to my home at a time of my choosing to sign final documents. That was definitely the smoothest house finance/refinance experience I’ve ever had and recommend them to others without reservation. Thank you Max Leaman, Jori Stern, and Brittanie Graswich.
Do: Promptly respond to their requests for documents so that you can fund as quickly as possible.
Don’t: Stress about it. There’s a lot of paperwork, but they’ll work with you at your pace to get it all done.
